I did some research before I bought this item. One of the reason why I select this is it can be adjusted & it will fit any room and does not take a lot of space comparing to a full set traditional weight racks/smith this is by far a great deal. It is nicely packed and easy to assemble only took me 20 min to assemble I am a women and did it all by myself.
Im a female in my thirties and fairly strong. I lift heavy in the gym but wanted some home amenities for those days im snowed in or what have you. I wont be lifting more than 100lbs with this and so its perfect for my needs. I assembled it myself and it took about 40min and all the parts were there. It adjusts to fit a 7ft barbell or a 5ft so im glad about that as it has a small footprint in my garage. If you want to life 300lbs just invest the money in rogue or something but for just those quick lighter home sessions i love this so far
Seems reasonably sturdy for the price, assembling was pretty straightforward. One of the parts (dumbbell rod) had a manufacturing defect in the interior screw liner, I was not able to screw it in. I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me the replacement part within 24 hours, so 5-stars for customer service.PS: I lift moderate weights (ex:135 lbs) and I weigh about 185 lbs and I am 6 feet tall, the bench and squat rack seemed sturdy and wide+tall enough for my needs. I can’t really say how it might measure up for heavier weights.
The media could not be loaded. My son in law has been wanting one of these for a while. This is really easy to assemble. This is really sturdy. The price was really affordable. I would recommend this to anyone. He loves this and wants to recommend this to anyone.
This is perfect for my limited space pandemic home gym. Assembly was very straightforward and the instructions were clear - it took me about an hour. The rack is sturdy and stable. We'll see how it holds up long term, but for the price I am happy with my purchase.
