Second time I bought these. They work great. I use them on the grill, but I also put unused ones on my black ceramic stovetop (turned off of course!) as an extension of my counter space when I'm preparing ingredients and also just as a day to day cover for the black stovetop to keep it clean/unscratched.
These are amazing! I use on my gas grill as well as charcoal and both ways my meat cooks tender. I think it takes longer to cook but that’s Probably why the meat is so tender. I do take my meat off of the mat toward the end of cooking just to get that bbq grill flavor. I recommend these, they aren’t expensive and you can use them for other things besides grilling with them.
The mat came in a nice package. Came in a sturdy cardboard box Easy to clean, easy to use. Can be stored in box. Good product for all but especially those who grill a lot, because this way your veggies, shrimp or small pieces of meat don’t fall through the grill. You can put pieces of fish / meat along with small veggies on same time. Cooking time shortened because all go on at once. Works on medium and low heat. Didn’t try high heat but instruction on box at not over 500 degrees.
