It can look intimidating at first, but once you learn how to use it, it�s amazing for strength & flexibility. It helped me to build muscle & drop weight!I started to use it at the gym & with the pandemic, I bought my own, hung it in my cellar & am canceling gym membership.
Nothing to dislike about this product. There are tons of excercises to do with this as it's versatile. From hanging on the door or ceiling. Very strong also, there is no fear of straps ripping apart or anything like that.
I love it! It provides amazing workouts and doesn't take up any space. I currently have it hung on my patio cover in my backyard. Used it last night and boy am I sore today. Thumbs up!

I bought this fine piece of equipment while I was training for the olympics for the men�s professional figure skating division. And let me tell you, right when I bought this....rope with handles, did I figure out I could build my very own...rope with handles sets for $10 dollars or 194.58 pesos at Home Depot, which was ironic because they don�t take pesos at Home Depot..Do you know what the exchange rate is for pesos to dollars! Cause I do not...that�s why I google things like that...and people I�m plotting against with my wonderful TRX All-in-One rope with handles!
