You don't realize how much light there is til you use one of these! It really helps me sleep soundly. I bought another one for me, (so i can have a clean one while one is in wash) i wash in a delicate bag. I also sent another one to my Grand Daughter. I just love this sleep mask.
This sleep mask is great! I can keep my heavy light-blocking drapes open to let in the summer night breeze and not be woken as soon as the early morning sun rises. They keep all the sun's light out, so I'm sleeping an hour or two longer most mornings. They also block more light than the light-blocking drapes, so I'm guessing I'll be using them this winter, too, even though the mornings are darker than summer's.
The mask is huge, breathable, lightweight and doesn't come off at night. It completely blacks out the light, even at the bottom near your nose. It doesn't strangle your face, plus it's adjustable. It's probably the most perfect sleep mask money can buy, and it's affordable!!
I sleep during the day and need a sleep mask. I have bought and used several, but they all leave marks on my face. This one specified soft and comfortable. It it the best mask I have ever bought.
I will definitely buy again . As the description says, It is made of silk, so you already know that it will be soft and even more, it will be comfortable. You can bring it anywhere you go!
